Dear MTAI Members,
This October 3rd to 5th we invite you to join us for a weekend of stillness, silence, and presence in the beautiful, serene setting of Teach Bhríde.
This retreat, facilitated by Stephan Pende Wormland, is an invitation to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with the silent source within - what we truly are beyond roles, identities, and stories.
Through silent sitting and walking meditations, gentle guidance, and spaciousness, we are invited to:
• Rest into awareness of awareness
• Nurture ourselves in silence
• Return to the simplicity of just being
• Find peace in the presence of now
• Reconnect with the stillness that is always here
As mindfulness teachers, the greatest gift we can offer others is our own presence and self-love.
This retreat supports you in deepening that gift - by truly being with yourself, as you are, with kindness and awareness.
