Dear Members,
There are still some spaces left for our monthly deep listening peer practice tomorrow morning at 9.30am until 11am on Zoom, offered kindly by the supervision sub-committee.
If you have not participated in a session, you are still welcome to join us. Essentially it is a safe, friendly and confidential space where we can practice together and take time to inquire and reflect on what is with us at this time, what is showing up in our lives and our work. At the heart of this peer supervision space is our practice. Essentially turning up is all that is required, just as you are. You do not need to be currently teaching to participate.
The sessions have a particular structure that we follow. We start with a sitting practice, then a brief connecting-in with each other before continuing on to the deep listening practice inspired by Greg Kramer’s Insight dialogue work. This forms the core of the session. This practice takes place in pairs in breakout rooms.
The emphasis is on the truth emerging moment to moment. As we listen to each other in silence, it allows space for what needs to emerge / arise.
You can register here if you’d like to join.
Kind Regards,
The MTAI Board
